Lakeland men's basketball team is heading to Danville for second straight year
The Lakeland Community College men's basketball defeated Cuyahoga Community College on Saturday by a score of 69-63 to advance to the NJCAA Division II National Championship. This is the second consecutive year the Lakers will be in Danville.

The Lakeland Community College men's basketball defeated Cuyahoga Community College on Saturday by a score of 69-63 to advance to the NJCAA Division II National Championship. This is the second consecutive year the Lakers will be in Danville.
The Triceratops were led by Dorian Crucher who scored 18 points and grabbed five rebounds, while Tyrek Battle-Holley added 16 point and six rebounds. Vincent Smalls chipped in eight points and eight rebounds and Mitchell Woods tossed in eight points as well.
Lakeland were led by Tyreke Johnson with 18 points and five rebounds, while Christopher Richardson chipped in 11 points and six rebounds. Jordan Burge tossed in 9 points, while Julian Jackson had nine points as well.
The Laker advance to the NJCAA Division II National Champion on March 17-21, 2020.
